During my stay, I encountered several issues that marred the experience. The hot water was non-existent in the sinks, which made basic hygiene quite a challenge. the room was not cleaned during my three-night stay, and the towels provided were inadequate for two guests. I also experienced noisy disturbances from children running around late into the night, which disrupted my rest.

I had a lovely stay at Anglers Arms. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. I enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, especially the perfectly scrambled eggs. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit.

Lekker stay in Choppington! 🌟

Big spacious room with comfy beds and a fantastic view! The brekkie was solid, lekker full English to start the day well. The staff were sharp-sharp, always keen to help out!

Only downside was the cold room at first, had to crank the heaters up a bit.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially given its central location, making it ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Newbiggin Maritime Centre and Woodhorn Narrow Gauge Railway. The welcoming atmosphere and home-cooked meals were definitely highlights, with the meals being fresh and enjoyable. I appreciated the accessibility to beautiful areas like Bide-a-Wee Cottage Garden and Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe Museum, perfect for leisurely afternoons.

The beer selection also impressed me. the room had a few issues. the noise levels from the bar were disruptive. The lack of a mirror in the bathroom was unexpected. soundproofing from the loud music would be a significant improvement. with some attention to these details, it could be a much better experience.

Had a fab time for a night! The staff were super friendly and the food was yum, especially the breakfast. Loved how clean and comfy the room was. Only bummer was the lack of a mirror in the bathroom. Would def pop back next time I’m in town!

This place was just a strong match for a couple of nights in Choppington with great value-to-price ratio. The room we had was very clean and large, but there was only one chair to sit on. Bring your own towels. they are quite small.
